The quality of life in America is extremely important to everyone. As a Leader in our community,
We R Fit 4 Life, LLC and I, urge you to consider supporting the Personal Health Investment Today (PHIT) Act (H.R. 245) to promote
physical activity to prevent illnesses.
This is an issue that will impact the present and future health of Americans.
Congress will make a difference in the lives of many because PHIT encourages physical fitness activities. PHIT will give U.S.
Citizens the opportunity for an additional tax incentive. There will be two options:
1) The Medical and Health Savings accounts
and other reimbursable Medical accounts will be modified for the allowance of $1,000.00 in pre-tax dollars to purchase physical fitness
equipment or physical fitness memberships/activities.
2) Physical fitness memberships/activities will be a deductible item, up to $1,000.00,
being classified as a medical expense. Medical expenses exceeding, 7.5 percent of annual income, are currently tax deductible.
PHIT will help to prevent illness and correct illnesses that may be modified through physical fitness activities, such as Diabetes.
It will make the participation in physical fitness activities affordable to many Americans and offer a reward for keeping physically
fit.
Sedentary lifestyles and Obesity issues are on the rise in America. PHIT will help to reverse the issues and create a positive
image for Adults and Children across our Nation through exercise.
We need to invest in our future and invest in a healthier journey
through life. Please help to lessen the burden of treating illnesses and help promote preventative medicine through physical
fitness activities. Support Personal Health Investment Today (PHIT) Act (H.R. 245). The prosperity of our Nation is in
your hands, you are our Leader.
